木霉制剂对土壤微生物数量和香蕉枯萎病的影响

The colonization of Trichoderma in the soil and the effect of Trichoderma preparations on the amount of soil microorganism by dilution isolation were studied.The results showed that,in the case of containing substrate,the amount of Trichoderma in the soil tended to increase first and then decreased.The amount of Trichoderma in sterilized soil was significantly higher than that in natural soil.The number of fungi was increased significantly in the banana rhizosphere when the Trichoderma preparation was applied to banana plantations,and the incidence of banana wilt was significantly reduced.The highest control efficiency reached to 63.5 %.
