孕穗期和抽穗期弱光胁迫对2个杂交稻组合生理特性及产量的影响
本试验对孕穗期和抽穗期弱光胁迫及不同弱光胁迫时长条件下,杂交稻组合‘冈优527’和‘内香优31’的一些生理特性及产量表现进行了研究.结果表明,弱光胁迫导致‘冈优527’和‘内香优31’的干物质积累和产量显著降低,对‘内香优31’的影响大于‘冈优527’,抽穗期遮光的影响大干孕穗期,遮光14 d的处理大于7d处理.弱光胁迫导致产量下降的途径各不相同,总粒数和结实事均有不同程度的下降是主要因素,千粒重受弱光影响较小;弱光胁迫下的叶面积显著增加而剑叶Pn值显著下降,且抽穗期的影响更大,胁迫时间越长,变化幅度越大,对‘内香优31’的影响大于‘冈优527’;弱光胁迫下Chla和Chlb含量增加,Chla...
