IL-12联合雷帕霉素增强PRRS弱毒疫苗诱导的细胞免疫

To investigate the possibility of the interleukin-12 combining with Rapamycin as adjuvant of PRRS attenuated vaccine,the paper assessed the cellular immunity of mice immunized with PRRS attenuated vaccine.Firstly,the mice were immunized with PRRS attenuated vaccine,then injected with IL-12 and Rapamycin three times one a day(including the immunization day).Levels of IFN-γ in mice serum,spleen lymphocyte proliferation and memory CD8+T cell ratio were detected respectively.The results showed that IL-12 combining with low dose of Rapamycin could promote the proliferation of T lymphocytes significantly,boost the secretion of IFN-γ and increase the number of memory CD8+T cells.It indicated that IL-12 combining with low dose of Rapamycin could enhance the cellular immune response induced by PRRS attenuated vaccine,and could be used as adjuvant.
