广西红树植物银叶树不同部位提取物体外抗氧化性分析
【目的】测定广西银叶树树叶、树枝和种子提取物的抗氧化活性,为银叶树资源的药用开发提供参考。【方法】以L-抗坏血酸试剂作为阳性对照,测定银叶树树叶、树枝和种子乙醇提取物对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基的清除作用和还原能力及各提取物中总黄酮和总酚含量。【结果】银叶树不同部位提取物对DPPH 自由基和羟基自由基均有一定的清除作用,且在一定浓度范围与其浓度呈正相关,其中对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基清除率强弱依次为:L-抗坏血酸>树枝提取物>树叶提取物>种子提取物。提取物还原能力强弱顺序为:L-抗坏血酸>树枝提取物>树叶提取物>种子提取物。银叶树不同部位提取物的总黄酮平均含量在3.65%-5.56%,以树枝...
