新疆艾比湖精河入湖口湖滨湿地土壤微生物区系研究

本文以艾比湖湿地自然保护区内柽柳群落区、盐节木群落区和芦苇群落区等3种典型植被聚居区土壤为研究对象,通过比较3块样地土壤中细菌、放线茵、真菌的分布情况,了解艾比湖湿地土壤的质量与状况。结果表明:柽柳群落区土壤中微生物分布最多,芦苇群落区次之,盐节木群落区最少,各类微生物的分布情况与土壤含水量、pH、盐度及有机质含量无显著相关性。细菌数量在3个样地中随土层深度递增有增加的趋势,放线茵与真菌呈现先增加后减少的趋势。这显示了3块样地中柽柳群落区土壤活性最高、肥力最好,盐节木群落区最差,因此,柽柳及芦苇等植物对改良该区域土壤质量有很大的潜在价值。...

In this paper, the distribution changes of soil microbes of three typical vegetation communities ( Tamarix ramosissima, Ha/ecne- mum strobilaceum, Phragmites australis) in Ebinur lake wetland natural reserve of Xinjiang were investigated to analyse the soil quality and condition. The results showed that the soil microorganisms in Tamarix community was the highest, the second in Phrag australis commu- nity and the lowest in Halocnemum strobilaceum, and these changes had no significant relation with the moisture content, pH-value, salinity and organic matter content. The amount of bacteria had increasing trend with the increase of soil depth at three communities, actinomyces and fungi increased first, and then decreased.
