The paper analysed the Heilongjiang province grain logistics network system as a whole,and also raised three level model of logistics node layout by the integration analysis on logistics node and link operations.The paper applied the latest ant colony algorithm,establishing the transportation path optimization model,optimization of grain circulation channel,reasonable configuration resource of logistics node.At last,the paper found the right balance among the production cost,transportation cost and inventory cost.
