A graduated experimental design of chemical biology: the screening and identification of phytase - producing microor- ganisms was introduced in this paper. By this experiment, the graduation students could apply the basic manipulation techniques and the methods of chemical biology and molecular biology to the scientific research. This experiment also could make the Students synthetically use their knowledge to the graduated experimental design.
