水稻“三控”施肥技术创新扩散过程中的障碍因素分析
【目的】深入分析水稻“三控”施肥技术扩散中的障碍因素,以提高现阶段我国农业技术扩散效果。【方法】选取珠江三角洲发达地区、东西两翼次发达地区、粤北不发达地区6个典型自然村的水稻“三控”施肥技术采用者及技术提供单位和科研推广人员为调查对象,对水稻“三控”施肥技术扩散过程中的扩散源、被扩散技术本身特性、技术采用者、技术扩散环境中的障碍因素进行分析。【结果】水稻“三控”施肥技术适应性广、效果稳定,扩散过程中有课题项目支持和行政手段激励将推广得更顺利;空间距离越小、交通越便利、语言和信息交流越顺畅,则技术人员的的推广主动性越强;户主文化程度越高、越年轻,水稻种植面积越具规模,采用该技术的可能性越大。【建...

Bibliography: | Objective】The paper was made for analyzing the obstacles in the diffusion of “Three Controls” Nutrient Management Technology for paddy rice (TCNM) in order to improve the diffusion effect of the current agricultural technology in China. 【Method】Six typical villages from different regions under varied economic development in Guangdong were chosen for implementing TCNM. Also the technology provider and research-extension experts were taken as research objects. 【Result】TCNM had wide adaptability and stable effects, which would be extended more smoothly with project support and incentives of administrative measures. The smaller the spatial distance was, the more convenient the transport was, and the smoother the communication was, the stronger the extension initiative of the technicians would be.
