光照环境和天然椰汁对地宝兰根状茎生长与分化的影响

通过在培养基中添加天然椰汁和控制有无光照培养,研究了地宝兰根状茎的增殖与分化的最优条件。结果表明,地宝兰根茎在不添加人工激素的条件下培养也能增殖,根茎达到一定长度后,在黑暗环境下培养可分化形成植株。在光照培养条件下,根茎诱导几乎不分化出芽或出芽极少。地宝兰根茎在生长过程中具有强烈的向地性和顶端优势现象。培养基中添加椰汁可有效促进根状茎诱导产生芽。通过棚内培养袋驯化后,组培苗移栽成活率可达80%。...

Bibliography:By the regulations of light condition and adding natural coconut juice in the culture medium, the growth of rhizome and shoot of Geodorum densiflorum seedlings were studied. The results showed that G. densiflorum could proliferate without artificial hormones in the medium. Rhizome could form shoots in a dark condition while few shoots were in a light condition. Rhizome showed a strong gravitropic phenomenon and apical dominance in the growth process. Adding coconut juice to the medium could significantly promote shoot formation on the rhizome. After acclimation in plotting shed, 85% seedlings survived to adult, which helped to guide for the mciorpropagation of this endangered orchid by tissuee culture.
