Using 16 cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Kunming consumer survey data of sensory evaluation in a natural environment as a second level indicators, a number of key indicators to consumer sensory evaluation of cigarettes and consumer food tastes index as a level, two level modal was set up. Using the aroma of tobacco sensory evaluation index of seven characteristics as example, cigarette quality evaluation of consumer research were studied. The results showed that the 16 cities consumer sensory evaluation existed differences in characteristics, the difference from the natural environment of the cities and consumer food taste preferences was obvious.
