滇重楼药材产品质量分级标准研究
测定不同类型的滇重楼[Paris polyphylla Smith var.Yunnanensis（Franch）Hand.-Mazz]药材产品根茎粗、根茎长、根茎鲜重、根茎干重和根茎有效成分（重楼皂苷I、II、Ⅵ、Ⅶ）含量,使用SPSS和DPS统计分析软件,对所测数据进行K-均值聚类和灰色关联度分析。结果把滇重楼产品质量分成4个等级,并制定出了质量分级标准,具有生产实用性,可作为滇重楼产品质量控制标准。...

| Bibliography: | 51-1213/S Different type samples of Paris polyphylla Smith var.Yunnanensis（Franch） Hand.-Mazz were tested on respects of quality,such as rhizome length,rhizome thick,rhizome weight（fresh or dry goods） and saponins content（I.II.Ⅵ and Ⅶ）.The statistical software SPSS and DPS were used to perform the K-means clustering and the grey related degree analysis.A four grade quality standard of product was preliminarily set up.The quality standard of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis（Franch） Hand.-Mazz product was practical for the production of the herb.
