基于支持向量机和模糊控制的输电线路覆冰状态评估模型

输电线路覆冰严重威胁着电力系统的安全运行。为提高输电线路覆冰状态评估准确率,以输电线路覆冰监测系统为基础,综合考虑监测系统的等效覆冰厚度、微气象参数以及覆冰持续时间等,提出基于支持向量机和模糊控制的输电线路覆冰状态评估模型。支持向量机实现覆冰状态的初步分类,输出无覆冰状态和有覆冰状态,针对有覆冰的状态进一步通过模糊控制评估模型对覆冰的严重程度作出准确评估,输出线路覆冰综合评估结果。实验数据验证了评估模型的准确性和可行性。...

Transmission line icing makes a serious threats to the safe operation of the power system. To improve the assessment accuracy rate of transmission line icing condition,based on the online monitoring system of transmission line icing condition,this paper proposes a transmission line icing condition assessment model via support vector machine( SVM) and fuzzy expert system by considering equivalent ice thickness,micro-meteorological parameters and icing duration.
