3,3′-二吲哚甲烷对小鼠造血系统辐射损伤的保护作用

目的探讨3,3′-二吲哚甲烷(3,3′-diindolylmethane,DIM)对2Gy辐射损伤小鼠造血系统的保护作用。方法30只雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机区组法分为对照组、2Gy照射组和2Gy照射+DIM组,每组10只。对照组小鼠接受假照射(0Gy),其余2组小鼠接受2Gy137Csγ-射线一次性全身照射。2Gy照射+DIM组小鼠照射前30min腹腔注射DIM(75mg/kg),其余2组小鼠腹腔注射对照溶液。照后7d和15d每组取5只小鼠,取外周血进行血象测定,取骨髓细胞测定骨髓有核细胞(BMNCs)数目,活性氧检测探针(DCFH-DA)检测细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平、骨髓粒-单核巨噬细胞...

Objective To investigate the protective effect of3,3′-diindolylmethane(DIM)on radiation-induced injuryin mouse hematopoietic system.Methods Thirty C57BL/6mice were randomly divided into control group,2Gy irradiationgroup and2Gy irradiation+DIM group(n=10for each group).Mice of control group received sham irradiation,and the othertwo groups accepted2Gy137Csγ-ray total body irradiation.Mice in2Gy irradiation+DIM group were intraperitoneallyinjected75mg/kg DIM30min before irradiation.Mice of other two groups were treated with reference solution.After7d and15d of2Gy irradiation,the peripheral blood samples were collected to count the number of bone marrow nuclear cells(BMNCs).The level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)was measured by DCFH-DA.The levels of colony forming unitsgranulocyte-macrophage(CFU-GM)were also detected.Results The numbers of white blood cell(WBC),platelet count(PLT),BMNC
