兴仁金线莲组织培养与快繁试验

为更好地保护和开发利用贵州珍稀名贵药用植物兴仁金线莲,进行了兴仁金线莲组织培养与快繁试验.结果表明:诱导丛生芽的最佳外植体为带节茎段,诱导率达100%,6-BA和ZT对丛生芽的增殖效果优于KT,丛生芽诱导与增殖的最佳培养基为MS +2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L NAA,培养基中添加3%的糖、0.8%的琼脂,pH5.8,在此培养基中丛生芽的增殖系数为4.3.种子用1/2MS培养基(其中,添加土豆汁10%、3%糖、0.8%琼脂,pH 5.8)无菌培养,可通过原球茎增殖形成丛生芽.用MS和1/2MS培养基(添加3%的糖、0.8%的琼脂,pH5.8)壮苗生根,生根率达100%.以草炭...

Anoectochilus xingrenensis; Multiple shoots; Plant hormone; Rooting; Transplant
In order to protect and exploit Anoectochilus xingrenensis which was the valuable and rare medicinal plant in Guizhou province,we had done tissue culture and rapid propngation experiments.The result show that:the best explant for inducing multiple shoots was the stem with knots,the inductivity could reach to 100 %,the effect of multiplication was 6-BA and ZT better than KT.The MS medium contained 2.0 mg/L 6-BA,0.2 mg/L NAA,3 % mcrose and 0.8 % agar under pH5.8 was the best medium for inducing and multiplication with the regeneration index of 4.3.Seeds on the medium 1/2 MS supplemented with 10 % potato juice,3 % sucrroe and 0.8 % agar could produce multiple shoots from protocrm.Strengthening shoot and rooting medium was MS or 1/2 MS (contained 3 % sucrose and 0.8 % agar,pH5.8),the rooting rate reached to 100 %.The survival rate was more than 95 % when used turfy soil and humus as the planting substrate.
