This article summarized the effects of soil nitrogen nutrition on the accumulation and distribution of nitrogen and nicotine in flue-cured tobacco,as well as the research advances in the fast detection technology of nitrogen nutrition in flue-cured tobacco,the loss approach of nitrogen in tobacco field and the use ratio of nitrogen fertilizer,and put forward the approaches to enhance the use ratio of nitrogen fertilizer.
