Using the theory of grey relational analysis,this paper calculated the grey correlations either of between forestry three industries and total output of forestry industry in Yunnan Province of between three industries and each sub-industry in primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry in every period during the year of 2003 to 2007.Based on these data,this article made a comprehensive analysis of industrial structures and their dynamic relations of the grey correlation,and then gave the countermeasures and advices on adjusting the industrial structure of forestry industry in Yunnan Province in the future.
