利用磷矿尾矿生产含磷生物肥料的探索
针对目前我国磷矿尾矿、秸秆和酱油渣3种废弃资源不能得到有效利用的现状,通过对磷矿尾矿粉、水稻秸秆和酱油渣的基本成分进行分析,并分别采用黑曲霉、乳酸菌、醋酸菌和巨大芽孢杆菌4种菌株对磷尾矿进行液态发酵解磷,试验结果显示:酱油渣含粗蛋白29.85%,为菌株提供充足氮源,磷尾矿含磷5.51%,在秸秆利于培养基透气性能的条件下,4株菌较好的解磷效果为探索生产含磷生物肥料提供了依据....

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S phosphate tailings; phosphate solubilizing; bio-fertilizer In the view of the present situation that phosphate railings, straw and soy sauce residue can't be effectively utilized in our country, this paper analysed the basic ingredient of phosphate tailing powder, rice straw and soy sauce residure and used Aspergillus niger, Lactobacillus, Acetobacter and Bacillus rnegaterium to do liquid fermentation for solubilizing phosphate railings. The result showed that soy sauce residue contained crude protein 29.85%, could provide adequate nitrogen source; phosphare tailings contained phosphorus 5.51%. On the condition that straw benefited the breathability of medium, the good effection of solubilizing provided basis for exploring the production of bio-fertilizers with phosphorus.
