药柱脱粘超声检测方法研究

为了能够准确检测出包覆层与推进剂的缺陷,针对药柱自身形状的特点,采用水浸式超声脉冲回波法,提取各部位的缺陷特征回波信号,并对其进行C扫描,获得了试件缺陷图像,并对图像去噪、二值化后得到缺陷的位置和面积信息。选取脱粘情况已知的试件与本系统检测情况进行比较,结果表明,本检测系统检测缺陷位置准确,且有很好的分辨率。...

Notes According to the structure characteristics of grain, the ultrasonic impact-echo method of immersion was adopted to detect the cladding/propellant flaws accurately in this paper. By extracting various echo signals of defect characteristics, and then adopting the ultrasonic C-scan imaging technique, the flaw's image of specimen was obtained. Finally information on defect location and size is achieved by image denoising, binarization. Specimens of the known debonding are selectd for comparing with the results of this system, and the result shows that the method can detect the precise location of defects and have a good resolution.
