药柱脱粘超声检测方法研究
为了能够准确检测出包覆层与推进剂的缺陷,针对药柱自身形状的特点,采用水浸式超声脉冲回波法,提取各部位的缺陷特征回波信号,并对其进行C扫描,获得了试件缺陷图像,并对图像去噪、二值化后得到缺陷的位置和面积信息。选取脱粘情况已知的试件与本系统检测情况进行比较,结果表明,本检测系统检测缺陷位置准确,且有很好的分辨率。...

Bibliography: | According to the structure characteristics of grain, the ultrasonic impact-echo method of immersion was adopted to detect the cladding/propellant flaws accurately in this paper. By extracting various echo signals of defect characteristics, and then adopting the ultrasonic C-scan imaging technique, the flaw's image of specimen was obtained. Finally information on defect location and size is achieved by image denoising, binarization.
