The paper studied the extracting of flavonoids in the stem of Dracaena cochinchinensis with microwave assisted extraction. The single factor and orthogonal designmethods L9(3^4) were applied for the optimal technological conditions :50℃ ,90% ethyl alcohol, 1: 10,420 W,8 min. Under the optimized conditions, the extraction percent of total flavonoids was about 1.20% from the stem of Dracaena cochinchinensis .
