广西北部湾海洋渔业科技组织与服务现状及发展对策

【目的】提出适合广西北部湾海洋渔业快速健康发展的科技组织与服务有效模式，为政府提供决策参考。【方法】分析广西北部湾海洋渔业科技组织与服务现状及存在的问题，在此基础上提出完善广西北部湾海洋渔业科技组织与服务的发展策略。【结果】广西北部湾海洋渔业科技组织与服务存在主要职责划分不清、组织内部机构设置不合理、渔业科技服务组织运行机制不完善、渔业科技组织与服务资金投入不足、信息服务网络建设滞后、渔业推广人员素质普遍较低等问题。【建议】应构建适应广西北部湾海洋渔业发展的科技组织与服务体系新模式、设置科学的渔业技术推广体系、拓宽渔业科技组织与服务投资渠道、加强宣传力度、建立发达的渔业资讯网络，以促进广西北部...

[Objective]New mode for the rapid and healthy development of science and technology organizations and service in Guangxi Beibu Gulf marine fishery was proposed in order to provide reference for government decision making.
