茶园土壤不同培肥模式对茶叶品质的影响

以常规施肥作为对照,试验研究了土壤生物有机培肥体系(FBO)对茶叶品质的促进作用。结果表明,采用FBO培肥体系的茶园所产茶叶的水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱等品质成分含量比常规施肥对照有明显增加,感官品质也优于对照,说明茶园土壤采用FBO方式进行培肥管理有利于茶叶品质的提高。...

In this paper, conventional inorganic fertilizer as control studied the impact of Soil Fertilization Bio-organic (FBO) system on tea quality. Results showed that compared with control, under the bio-organic fertilization (FBO) treatment, content of quality ingredients such as water extracts, polyphenols, amino acids, caffeine increased apparently, sensory quality was better than the control too, so it indicated that FBO contribute to improve tea quality.
