彩色马铃薯试管薯诱导体系的研究

Bibliography: | 36-1124/S The color potato variety 03-1 was used as test material to construct the proper inducting system of microtuber .The suitable inducting system of microtuber for 03-1 was obtained as follows:culturing the test-tube seedlings for about 20 days on the medium MS+3%white sugar+agar powder under the conditions of light intensity 2000 lx, photoperiod 16 h/d, and temperature (25 ±1) ℃, then pouring the inducement solution containing 10%white sugar-water into the medium, and inducing the seedlings to form microtubers for around 55 days under the conditions of complete darkness and (19 ±1) ℃.In this inducting system, the tu-berization rate reached 100%, single -microtuber weight reached 0.2 g, and the rate of high -quality tubers was more than 84.1%.
