60COγ辐照对芒草微观结构变化研究
采用X射线衍射法(XRD),傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FI—TR)以及电镜扫描(SEM)对芒草^60COγ辐照后微观结构的变化进行分析。芒草经^60COγ射线辐照预处理后,纤维素和半纤维素降解程度较大,降解率在2000kGy时分别达到53.28%和95.76%。微观结构分析结果表明,辐照使纤维素及半纤维素分子内和分子间的化学键发生断裂,纤维素的结晶度逐渐变小,纤维变得不完整,纤维表面出现明显分层脱落现象,基本失去原有的形貌特征。...
