5-aza-dc和TSA对广西陆川猪体细胞核移植的影响

To investigate the effect of 5-aza-20-deoxycytidine(5-aza-dC) and trichostatin A(TSA)on the somatic nuclear transfer of Guangxi Luchuan-pig,5-aza-dC and TSA were used to treat somatic cells and cloned embryos for decreasing the level of DNA methylation.The result showed that,the development rate of morular was significantly increased compared to control group(P0.05)with the treatment of donor cells,cloned embryos and continuous treatment of both donor cells and cloned embryos with a combination of 0.01 μM 5-aza-dC and 0.05 μM TSA,whereas the rate of blastocyte was not significantly different among the groups.It was concluded that: the development of cloned porcine embryos could be enhanced by the treatment of both donor cells and cloned embryos with a combination of 5-aza-dC and
