膨化血粉水平对4~8周龄豁眼鹅生长性能和肉品质的影响

选取健康、活泼的4周龄豁眼鹅300只(公母各半),平均初始体重为1 073.23(±20.95)g,随机分为3组,分别在基础日粮中添加1.5%、3.0%和4.5%的膨化血粉,每组设4个重复,每个重复25只鹅,进行为期28 d的饲养试验,研究不同水平膨化血粉对生长期(4~8周龄)豁眼鹅的生长性能和肌肉品质的影响。结果表明:与1.5%、4.5%膨化血粉组相比,3.0%膨化血粉组显著提高了豁眼鹅的平均日增重、平均日采食量,并显著降低了料重比(P〈0.05);在肌肉品质方面,膨化血粉均具有提高腿肌中干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量的作用,其中以3.0%膨化血粉组效果最佳;与3.0%膨化血粉组相比,1.5%...

The paper was aimed to investigate the effect of different density expanded blood meal production on growth performance and meat quality of growing Huoyan goose from 4 to 8 weeks.A total of 300 Huoyan goose(sex balance 4 weeks of age,average weight 1073.23±20.95 g) were allotted to 3 groups(1.5% expanded blood meal,3.0% expanded blood meal and 4.5% expanded blood meal were added respectively),each group had 4 replicates with 25 geese in each replicate,the feeding experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that compared with 1.5% expanded blood meal and 4.5% expanded blood meal,the average daily gain and average feed intake of 3.0% expanded blood meal group were increased(P0.05).FCR of 3.0% expanded blood meal group were decreased.In meat quality,dry matter,crude protein,crude fat contents of muscles were increased in 1.5% expanded blood meal,3.0% expanded blood meal and 4.5% expanded blood meal groups respectively.Compared with 3.0% expanded blood meal,aspartic acid,threonine,glutamic acid,etc.
