气相色谱—质谱法测定套塑膜袋苹果中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物

[目的]研究苹果不同部位的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)含量水平,为评价套塑膜袋苹果的安全性提供理论依据.[方法]以两种套塑膜袋富士苹果为试材,采用气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)法测定苹果果皮和果肉中的11种PAEs化合物.[结果]套塑膜袋苹果果皮中检出6种PAEs,含量在0~2.70 mg/kg;果肉中检出4种PAEs,含量在0~0.04mg/kg.套纸膜复合袋苹果果皮中检出5种PAEs,含量在0~5.17 mg/kg;果肉中检出两种PAEs,含量在0~0.07 mg/kg.[结论]PAEs在套塑膜袋苹果中污染主要富集于果皮部分,果肉中PAEs含量较低,与设施蔬菜相比,PAEs在苹果中总量较...

[Objective]Phmalic acid esters (PAEs) content in different positions of apple bagged with plastic film bag was studied to provide theoretical references for evaluating the safety of apple bagged with plastic film bag.
