植物激素对朱砂根愈伤组织生长的影响

采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法,研究了2,4-D、6-BA、NAA、KT等激素及其不同浓度组合对朱砂根愈伤组织生长和增殖的影响。结果表明:2,4-D对朱砂根愈伤组织生长的影响最大,KT的影响次之;在培养基MS+2,4-D 0.5mg/L中朱砂根愈伤组织的增殖系数最高,在正交试验筛选出的最佳培养基MS+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+KT 0.01mg/L中的次之。...

The growth and proliferation of the callus of Ardisia crenata under the conditions of different phytohormones(2,4-D,6-BA,NAA,KT etc.) and their different concentration combinations were studied by using single-factor test and orthogonal test methods.The results showed that 2,4-D had the greatest impact on the callus growth of Ardisia crenata,followed by KT.The multiplication coefficient of the callus of Ardisia crenata in culture medium MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L was maximum,followed by culture medium MS+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+KT 0.01 mg/L,which was screened out by orthogonal test.
