植物激素对朱砂根愈伤组织生长的影响
采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法,研究了2,4-D、6-BA、NAA、KT等激素及其不同浓度组合对朱砂根愈伤组织生长和增殖的影响。结果表明：2,4-D对朱砂根愈伤组织生长的影响最大,KT的影响次之;在培养基MS＋2,4-D 0.5mg/L中朱砂根愈伤组织的增殖系数最高,在正交试验筛选出的最佳培养基MS＋2,4-D 0.1 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋KT 0.01mg/L中的次之。...
