筛选寄生荔枝蛀蒂虫卵的赤眼蜂种类研究初报
针对荔枝蛀蒂虫的生物防治应用技术问题,在室温27(±3)℃条件下,用10种供试的赤眼蜂种类(或种群)对荔枝蛀蒂虫卵寄生能力进行筛选试验。结果发现,仅小灰蝶分索赤眼蜂Trichogrammatoidea hypsipylae Nagaraja和拟澳洲赤眼蜂Trichogramma confusum Viggiani 2种可寄生荔枝蛀蒂虫卵。前者为中国新纪录种,其寄生率较高,达到49.89%。这一突破为利用该蜂种进行荔枝蛀蒂虫的生物防治提供了可能性,但2种赤眼蜂均不能在荔枝蛀蒂虫的卵内羽化出蜂。进一步的研究将探索小灰蝶分索赤眼蜂不能羽化出蜂的原因并对其进行驯化改良,期望培育能持续自然控制荔枝蛀蒂虫...

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S Aiming at the application of biological control to Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley,Trichogrammatoidea hypsipylae Nagaraja and Trichogramma confusum Viggiani with the ability of parasitizing the eggs of Conopomprpha sinensis Bradley were selected from 10 Trichogramma species at room 27(±3)℃ temperature.The average parasitism rate of Trichogrammatoidea hypsipylae Nagaraja was 49.89%,It was the new records of Trichogrammatoidea species in China.This breakout make it is possible for biological control of Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley using this specie.However,the result of laboratory experiment showed that the two species could not emergence in the eggs of Conopomprpha sinensis Bradley.Seeking the reason why T.hypsipylae Nagaraja can not emergence in the eggs of Conopomprpha sinensis Bradley and the method improving the Trichogramma species will be the emphasis of further study.
