凡纳滨对虾人工海水育苗池水质研究
为克服凡纳滨对虾虾苗长途运输可能给后期生产带来损失,尝试在养殖当地利用人工配制海水进行育苗。2011年,在上海奉贤区一养殖场,以天然河水为基础,加入海水晶及粗盐,配制成盐度为29的海水进行凡纳滨对虾育苗试验。育苗期间每天监测水体的各项指标,DO保持在7.3(±0.10)mg/L、pH值为8.00(±0.04)、水温为28.2(±0.20)℃、活性磷(PO4-P)为0.88(±0.14)mg/L、总磷(TP)为1.46(±0.14)mg/L、亚硝酸盐(NO2--N)为0.21(±0.02)mg/L、硝酸盐为(NO3--N)1.52(±0.10)mg/L、总氨氮(TNH4-N)为2.88(±0.3...
