Bibliography:Boron neutron capture therapy（BNCT） method was applied to about one thousand clinical patients and achieved good results internationally.In this paper,the principle of BNCT,the development history and international BNCT clinical progress were mainly introduced.The BNCT clinical treatment situation and evaluation in glioblastoma（GBM）,malignant melanoma,recurrent head and neck cancer and metastatic liver cancer were discussed in detail.
