加工番茄马铃薯Y病毒一步法RT—PCR检测及CP基因的克隆与序列分析

The study analyzes potato virus Y prevalence of infection in processing tomato in Xinjiang by the one-step reverse transcription-pol- ymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR), the result showed that 25 % processing tomato could be infected with PVY. The CP gene included 807bp, and could encode a protein with 268 amino acids. CP gene of PVY strain were analyzed with informatics tools, and the molecular variation characters among different PVY strains were proved up. According to these results, PVY which infected processing tomato in Xinjiang was identified as an isolate of PVY^N:O strain.
