酸化剂和益生素合用对肉仔鸡血清生化指标的影响

为了研究酸化剂和益生素合用对肉仔鸡血清生化指标的影响.选择1日龄健康“科宝500”肉仔鸡160只.随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每重复10只,A组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B、C和D组分别饲喂添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%由酸化剂和益生素组成的复合添加剂的日粮.试验期42d。结果表明,日粮中添加由酸化剂和益生素组成的复合添加剂能不同程度提高血清总蛋白、白蛋白和总胆固醇含量及谷胱甘肽S转移酶活性,不同程度降低血清尿素和丙二醛含量及谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶的活性。其中添加0.1%复合添加剂显著降低(P〈0.05)42d的谷丙转氨酶活性,添加0.3%复合添加剂显著提高(P〈0.05)42d白蛋白含量...

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the combined use of acidifier and probiotics combinations on serum biochemical indices of broilers. One hundred and sixty one-day-old healthy Kebao 500 broilers were randomly allocated to 4 experimental groups with 4 replicates of 10 broilers each. Group A as control was fed the basal diet. Group B,C and D as three trial groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5% combinations of acidifier and probiotics. The test lasted 42 days.
