气相色谱-火焰光度法测定黑木耳中16种有机磷农药残留

建立了一种利用气相色谱仪检测黑木耳中16种有机磷农药残留的方法,用乙腈萃取、氮气浓缩、丙酮定容、基质标准曲线校准等简单的操作手段快速检测黑木耳中有机磷的农药残留。结果表明,该方法检出限在0.00254-0.01628 mg/kg之间,RSD值为3.1%-11.5%,添加回收率在70.79%-114.47%之间。该方法快速方便、简单准确,适用于黑木耳中有机磷农药残留的日常检测与监控。...

A method for detection of the 16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in black fungus by gas chromatograph-FPD-detection(GC-FPD) was established.The black fungus were extracted with acetonitrile,concentrated and volumed,last,calibrationed by the matrix standard curve.The results showed that the lowest limit was 0.00254~0.01628 mg/kg,the recovery range was 70.79%~114.47%with relative standard deviation 3.1%~11.5%.The method was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,It's suitable for the monitoring of the organophosphorus pesticides in black fungus.
