从小曲酒丢糟中提取纤维素的研究
为实现白酒丢糟的资源化利用,以小曲酒丢糟为原料,通过单因素试验考察了料液比、NaOH溶液浓度、提取时间、提取温度等因素对提取纤维素的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验.结果表明:料液比为1∶12,NaOH溶液浓度为1.0mol/L,提取温度为70℃,碱提时间为1.5 h时,提取效果较好,制得纤维素的纯度为92.40%....

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S distiller's grain; cellulose; extraction; orthogonal design The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, extract time, temperature, and the ratio of raw materials to liquid on the extraction of cellulose from Xiaoqu liquor distiller's grain were investigated in order to realize resource utilization of the white spirit distiller's grain. The extraction conditions have been optimized by orthogonal design. The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of raw materials to liquid was 1:12, sodium hydroxide concentration was 1.0 mol/L, extract temperature was 70℃, and extract time was 1.5 h.
