石斛内生真菌固体菌剂对铁皮石斛组培苗促生作用研究
铁皮石斛(Dendrobian officinale Kimura et Migo)是典型的菌根植物,共生真菌对铁皮石斛生长具有促进作用.本研究选用草炭土、菇渣、玉米芯等3种基质按不同比例配制了9种固体菌剂,比较测定了9种菌剂在室温条件下菌株的保存情况.选用保存效果最好的基质分别与内生真菌Chs-1-1、R2、S3制备菌剂进行铁皮石斛田间试验,测定了菌剂中内生真菌在铁皮石斛植株内的定殖能力和菌剂的促生效果.结果表明,草炭土的保存效果最好,在6个月后菌体数量达到8.1×107CFU/g;田间试验中,接种处理后铁皮石斛幼苗的存活率显著高于对照,最高者达95.78%;接种菌剂能有效提高幼苗的株高和根...

Summary: | 铁皮石斛(Dendrobian officinale Kimura et Migo)是典型的菌根植物,共生真菌对铁皮石斛生长具有促进作用.本研究选用草炭土、菇渣、玉米芯等3种基质按不同比例配制了9种固体菌剂,比较测定了9种菌剂在室温条件下菌株的保存情况.选用保存效果最好的基质分别与内生真菌Chs-1-1、R2、S3制备菌剂进行铁皮石斛田间试验,测定了菌剂中内生真菌在铁皮石斛植株内的定殖能力和菌剂的促生效果.结果表明,草炭土的保存效果最好,在6个月后菌体数量达到8.1×107CFU/g;田间试验中,接种处理后铁皮石斛幼苗的存活率显著高于对照,最高者达95.78%;接种菌剂能有效提高幼苗的株高和根系生长,株高增幅为7.6% ~59.2%,根总长增幅为19.39%~88.1%,根总表面积增幅为21.3%~30%,根平均直径增幅为32.5%~80%,根体积增幅为117.6%~239.4%;叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量,植株N、P、K的含量均显著的高于对照,镁、铁、锌、锰、铬等5种微量元素的含量也都高于对照;接种菌剂的铁皮石斛植株鲜重和干重显著提高,其中鲜重增加率为80%~104.8%,干重增加率为67.9%~101.9%.试验说明内生真菌在制成菌剂后不影响其侵染能力,且固体菌剂有良好的促生效果. |

Bibliography: | Dendrobium officinle is a typical myconhizal plant,and myconhizse can promote the growth of Dendrobium offciale.In this study,peat soil,mushroom compost,and com cob were mixed into 9 solid inoculants in a diffenntt proportionate,and the storage effecs of 9 solid inoculant were examined at room temperature.The best solid agent was selected,and the endophytic fungi Chs-1-1,R2,S3 were mixed into the matrix.The effects of the inoculant on the colonization of endophytic fungi and the growth-promotion effect of endophytie fungi in Dendrobium officinale were examined.The results demonstrated that peat soil showed a better storage,and the number of bacterial cell amounted to 8.1 × 107 CFU/g after six months.In field investigation,the survival rates of the inoculated treatments were significantly higher than the control,and the highest rate of survival was up to 95.78 %.The inoculated microbial agents could promote plant height and root growth of Dendrobium offciinale.Plant height was increased by 7.6 %-59.2 %,root le |
