独一味多糖抗氧化活性研究
为考察独一味多糖的抗氧化活性,用分光光度法测定多糖含量,以Vc为对照测定独一味多糖的总还原力,以Fenton法和邻苯三酚自氧化法测定独一味多糖对·OH和02·-的清除能力。结果表明,独一味多糖含量为45.1mg/g时具有较强的还原能力和清除·OH及O2·-的能力;在1.25-20mg/mL浓度范围内,对Fe^3+的还原能力ED50为2.43mg/mL,对·OH和O2·-的清除能力EDm分别为6.93mg/mL和5.95mg/mL,呈剂量依赖性。独一味多糖作为一种自由基清除剂极具开发潜力。...

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S To study the effects of Lamiophlomis rotata polysaccharide on antioxidation in vitro, the content of polysaccharides was measured by spectrophotometry. The antioxidant activities of Lamiophlomis rotata polysaccharide were evaluated by in vitro total reducing power, hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion radical scavenging capacity. The results showed that the content of polysaccharides was 45.1 mg/g, Lamiophlomis rotata polysaccharide had strong reducing power and scavenging effect against free radicals. When the content of Lamiophlomis rotata polysaccharide was among 1.25-20 mg/mL, it had dose-response relationship on the effect of reducing power, clearing hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical, and the ED~ were 2.43 mg/mL, 6.93 mg/mL and 5.95 mg/mL respectively.
