广东茶区茶叶含硒量初步调查分析
应用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定茶叶中硒含量,通过对消解试剂混配比、介质酸度以及硼氢化钾-氢氧化钾浓度的试验,确定了最优检测条件;并分析了取自广东茶区的35个茶叶样品的硒含量,初步分析该省茶叶含硒状况及开发富硒茶的可行性.结果表明:以混酸配比V(HNO3)∶V(HClO4)为4∶1、盐酸浓度为6.0 mol/L、硼氢化钾浓度为15 g,/L、氢氧化钾浓度2 g/L为茶样硒含量测定最优条件;所采集的35个茶样中都含有微量元素硒,其中有13个茶样含硒量为0.039~0.097 mg/kg,占37.14%;有20个茶样含硒量为0.100~0.197 mg/kg,占57.14%;有2个茶样的含硒量为0....

Selenium content of 35 tea samples taken from Guangdong tea area was analyzed to investigate preliminarily tea selenium levels and feasibility about developping se-enriched tea in Guangdong province. The results showed that mixed ratio of acid HN03 and HCIO4 of 4:1, hydrochloric acid concentration of 6.0 mol/L, potassium borohydride and potassium hydroxide concentration of 15.0 g/L and 2.0 g/L respectively were the optimal conditions to determine selenium content in tea.
