不同成熟度烤烟的植物学性状和组织结构研究

对烤烟品种‘云85’上、中、下3个部位的不同成熟度鲜烟叶的植物学性状和组织结构进行研究。结果表明:随着成熟度的提高,烟叶的叶色变黄,主、支脉交白,茎叶夹角增大,成熟斑增多,茸毛脱落;栅栏组织和海绵组织厚度减小,栅栏组织形态缩小并消失。并筛选出主脉和支脉的变白程度,叶色变化,成熟斑数量和栅栏组织的形态变化作为烤烟鲜烟叶成熟度表征的重要因子。...

Mature fresh flue-cured tobacco leaves horn upper, middle and lower leaves of variety YunyanS5 were observed, and their botani- cal characters and tissue parameters were researched, The result showed that leaf color turned yellow, main veins and branch veins became white, the stem-leaf angle decreased, mature spots got more, fuzz was glabrescent with the increasing of tobacco maturity. Meanwhile, the thickness of palisade tissue and spongy tissue reduced, the shape of palisade tissue contracted and disappeared.
