Bibliography:The growth speed and spore quantity of Magnaporthe grisea in six kinds of sporulation culture media were compared,it was found that the rice bran medium was the most suitable sporulation medium to Magnaporthe grisea,and the growth speed is also very quick.We did preliminary study on the sporulation condition of Magnaporthe grisea after we determined the rice bran medium as sporulation medium,the results showed that the spore quantity was the highest under the conditions of continual culture for 5~7 days,and daily illumination for 16~24 hours.
