The soil fertility of tea gardens in Meizhou were investigated in this paper. Results showed that, the soil of tea garden belong to strong acid to acid, content of organic matter was in the medium level; The available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium were lack serious, and the available calcium and magnesium were poor while the content of available sulfur was rich. It was suggested that organic fertilizer should be supplied and balanced use of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer, at the same time, applied with calcium and magnesium elements in tea cultivation and management to ensure high and steady production.
