河南平原农区土地规模经营模式调查分析
调查发现，河南平原农区存在的土地规模经营模式主要有：家庭式规模经营，土地承包者或乡镇政府从事的规模绎营模式，村民自治组织从事的连片规模经营或各级政府修建高速公路从事的规模经营模式。这些土地经营模式在为国家、社会和农民带来规模效益的同时，也存在一些问题。为此，发展农村土地适度规模经营要根据当地具体情况适度发展，鼓励种田能手和返乡创业人员搞好农村土地规模经营；坚持经济效益与社会效益相结合，农民自下而上与政府白上而下相结合，以点带面与点面相结合等原则；采取稳定农村土地政策，做好农村劳动力转移，搞好农村土地流转，健全农村社会保障体系等措施。...

While these land management models brought some scale profits for the state, society and farmers, there were some problems.
