This article reviewed the establishment of regeneration,genetic transformation system and the influencing factors about the transgenic research technology in cucumber breeding of application.The progress of cucumber transgenic technology at home and abroad which achieved in the area had been summarized.Furthermore,the problems on cucumber transgenic technology had been discussed.Finally the pepper outlook the cucumber breeding technology which might exist some research and hot spot in the future.
