真空回潮对造纸法再造烟叶理化性质及感官质量的影响

采用配对t检验的方法，分析了国内外6种造纸法再造烟叶真空回潮处理前后其物理指标、化学指标和感官质量的变化情况。结果表明：真空回潮后，造纸法再造烟叶的填充值有显著下降，其他理化指标整体均未发生明显变化；经真空回潮处理后的造纸法再造烟叶吸食品质稍有提升，主要表现为杂气、细腻度、余味和干净度有所改善，但香气有所损失，刺激性略有增加。...

The method of paired T - test was used to analyze the variation trend of the physical properties, conventional chemi- cal components, and sensory quality of 4 domestic and 2 foreign paper - making - process reconstituted tobaccos before and after the treatment of vacuum conditioning. The results showed that： after vacuum conditioning, the filling value of reconstituted tobacco de- creased significantly, while other physicoehemical characteristics did not change obviously. The smoking quality indexes （ mainly in- eluding impurity gas, fine and smooth degree, aftertaste, and cleanliness） of paper - making - process reconstituted tobacco were slightly improved
