土地二调不稳定耕地调查评价成果及应用前景分析
国土资源部于2014年启动了基于第二次全国土地调查成果的耕地后备资源调查评价工作，其中一项重要任务就是全面查清二次调查中位于林区、草原以及河流湖泊最高洪水控制范围内和受土地沙化荒漠化等因素影响的“不稳定耕地”并实现落地上图。本文从调查评价对象、作业模式、程序与方法、质量保障等方面介绍了二次调查“不稳定耕地”调查评价的技术特点，结合调查数据成果详细分析了全国“不稳定耕地”的规模、类型、质量等级、利用状况等基本特征及区域分异，并在此基础上展望了本次调查成果的应用前景。...
