基于FPGA的数字化变电站计量仪表研究与设计

This paper proposes a design scheme of the digitized substation measuring instrument based on IEC61850 and SOPC.The design on the basis of DE2-70 development board. Firstly ,according to IEC61850 standard, the overall design of digi- tized substation measuring meters is carried on.and then studied the power parameters based on FPGA, finally completed the optical fiber circuit, 10/100M Etheruet circuit, double Nios II nuclear SOPC system design, the design of watt-hour meter in digital sub- station based on FPGA has the characteristics of dvanced and high flexibility.
