高州油茶扦插育苗技术研究

以40年生高州油茶树中上部当年生半木质化枝条作为插穗,开展扦插基质、ABT6浓度、插穗留芽数量和留叶量4个因素各3个水平的扦插正交试验。结果表明:扦插基质、插穗留芽数量和留叶量对成活率的影响较大,均达到极显著水平;4个因素对抽梢率的影响均达到极显著水平。高州油茶扦插育苗的最佳组合为:扦插基质选用黄心土,500mg/LLABT6速蘸10s,插穗选择1个成熟芽并保留2片全叶。...

Taking the mid and upper sections of about 40 years old ComeUia gauchowensis Chang semi-lignified branches as the cuttings, the cutting orthogonal experiments of cutting medium, ABT6 levels, the number of buds and the remained leaves 4 factors and 3 levels were carried out. The results showed that: cutting medium, the number of buds and the remained leaves extremely affected survival rate, 4 factors impact were extremely significant differences on the cutting sprout rate, and significant difference. The best treatment of C. gauchowensis Chang cutting seedling was: yellow soil cutting medium, ABT6 level was 500 mg/L and quick dip in 10 s, the cuttings selected 1 mature bud and kept 2 whole leaves.
