乔纳金苹果树不同拉枝角度对叶片营养物质含量和果实品质的影响
为了探讨乔纳金主枝适宜的拉枝角度,以2年生自根砧乔纳金为试材,研究不同拉技角度对树体生理特性和果实品质的影响.结果表明：乔纳金拉枝角度120°时果实单果质量、可滴定酸和叶片中的钾素含量最高;而拉枝角度110°时果实硬度、果型指数、花青苷、总糖、叶片单叶鲜质量、叶片厚度、叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率等高于其他处理,部分处理间差异极显著,拉枝角度110°时枝条抽生中短枝和叶丛枝的数量高于其他处理.对叶片营养物质与果实品质作相关性分析发现,叶片中的N素含量与果实可滴定酸含量呈显著正相关性;P素含量与果实硬度、可溶性固形物和Vc含量呈显著正相关性;K素含量与果实单果质量和硬度呈极显著正相关性,...
