RGS4蛋白在小儿肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

目的分析G蛋白信号调节蛋白4（RGS4）在小儿肾母细胞瘤组织和癌旁组织中的表达差异,探讨RGS4与小儿肾母细胞瘤发生发展的关系。方法收集37例小儿肾母细胞瘤患者术后肾癌组织及8例癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测RGS4蛋白的表达水平;另收集患者手术切除新鲜癌组织及对应癌旁组织标本各8例,采用q RT-PCR和Western blot分别检测RGS4 m RNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果免疫组织化学染色结果显示,RGS4蛋白在小儿肾母细胞瘤组织及癌旁组织中均存在阳性表达,其在小儿肾母细胞瘤组织中的高表达率低于癌旁组织[37.83%（14/37）vs.87.5%（7/8）,χ2=4.675,P〈0.0...

Bibliography:Objective To investigate the expression levels of regulator of G-protein signaling 4（RGS4） in pediatricnephroblastoma and pericancerous tissues, and explore the relationship between RGS4 and the occurrence and developmentof pediatric nephroblastoma. Methods Thirty- seven samples of pediatric nephroblastoma tissues and 8 samples ofpericancerous tissues were collected after surgery to detect the expression of RGS4 protein by immunohistochemistry.Another 8 samples of fresh cancer tissues and corresponding pericancerous tissues were collected to detect the m RNA andprotein levels of RGS4 by q RT-PCR and Western blot assay, respectively. Results Immunohistochemistry results showedthat RGS4 protein was positively expressed both in pediatric nephroblastoma and pericancerous tissues, and its highexpression rate was lower in pediatric nephroblastoma than that in pericancerous tissues [（37.83%（14/37） vs. 87.5%（7/8）,χ2=4.675, P〈0.05].
