圆弧刃位置对新型枪钻切削性能的影响

引入群钻的圆弧刃,建立圆弧刃枪钻的几何数学模型和刃磨数学模型,研制了三支不同圆弧刃位置的枪钻。通过钻削45钢进行新型枪钻钻削试验,对加工孔表面质量进行对比分析可知,双圆弧刃枪钻加工表面质量较好。

The thought of multifork drill circular arc is imported,and arc blade gun drill geometry mathematical model and grinding mathematical model is set up. In this research three gun drill which has different arc edge position are been developed. By the experiment about drilling of 45 steel drilling for new type of gun drill,comparing with the surface quality of processed the hole,the research result shows optimal surface quality is get by double circular blade gun drill.
